The concept or organization of data by ‘Levels’, within DocBoss, provides you with the capability to better manage the documents and the entities referenced by them. The DocBoss PDL (Product Document List) grid now contains a new cell called “Eq#”, displayed as a drop down list showing all of the ‘Levels’. The ‘Level’ currently defaults to ‘Tag’ however if a user wishes to use a different ‘Level’, he or she would select that level from the drop down list and it will be displayed in the new cell for the particular document.
