The DocBoss Support Website is the first best step to learn more about DocBoss. We redesigned and completely updated this website in 2024. A great first step is to visit the Glossary page which defines many of the phrases and terms we use.

Release Notes – Every few months, we update benefits and features in DocBoss and immediately make these upgrades available to all DocBoss at no extra charge. Our Release Notes page explains each update with screenshots and also explains key terms used.
Documents -The Documents section contains a treasure trove of articles and topics on every major topic you can think of. You can for example drill down from Projects (Individual) to more specific topics like Set up And Manage A Project, Workflow, Compilations and more. Clicking on each of these topics takes you to more specific subjects you might need an answer to.
Videos -We have taped a number of videos with audio and visual explanations on numerous topics like Adding A New Customer, Setting Up A New Project, Auto Creation Of Document Registers and more.
FAQ – . Customers often ask us similar questions over time so we made a list of them in the Frequently Asked Questions section to help you get a quick answer to a commonly asked issue. Working With Stages and Create Compilations in DocBoss are two popular videos available for you.
New Support Website Feature
One very helpful feature on the updated DocBoss Support Website is the hover feature, which enables you to hover your mouse over an underlined word to view a short description of that term. For example, see the screenshot below:
