DocBoss Support Site Navigation Tips And Tricks

DocBoss has a number of online resources that you can access to learn about all the great benefits and also how to quickly perform a new function that you haven’t used before.

There are three ways to access articles from the main page of the user guide:

1. Search: type in your keyword and hit enter to search – just like on the old site.
2. Page tree: select the three lines in the top left corner to open a panel listing the folder structure so you can quickly access the section you’re looking for.
3. Icons: select any of the main icons to navigate through each section.

   

Hover over text that appears with a double underline – for example, card list – to see a definition of the term. View the full list of definitions in the Glossary, found on the page tree (#2 above).
