DocBoss Training
What does becoming a DocBoss customer actually involve?
Once you decide to use DocBoss, we will set up a short online kick off meeting to go over the training and to discuss what the focus of the training will be based on what you need.
Then we do the actual training itself. Ideally, you will be able to send us some old project documents in advance that give us an idea of what your projects look like. That way, we can use your actual project docs while doing the DocBoss training, so that it is 100% relevant to your staff.
DocBoss training is a 3 day online class led by one of our trainers. The training is very detailed and hands-on. We will cover many important and useful aspects of DocBoss including:
- Mapping the set up and configuration of your projects in DocBoss to your business needs;
- Discussing and explaining DocBoss Workflow, including Status, Stage and State, Assigning docs for review, Internal approval processes, Customer approval, and more;
- Working with the Library, Databooks and Reporting/Expediting features;
- Administration tasks like managing users, permissions, custom fields, templates, etc.
And much more.
Once the training is completed, staff will be able to set up and run DocBoss projects from scratch.
And once the training is done, you have our Support team to do exactly that: Support you as you begin using DocBoss, so you won’t be on your own!
